Changing drive letters

Is there any way to make CD drive D: and secondary hard drive E: (in 98)?

Or does adding second HD to my old(er) PC mean I'll just have to reinstall pretty much everything that runs from CD (as it obviously moved CD form D: to E:)?

Re: Changing drive letters

As far as I know, unlike Windows XP, Windows 98 doesn't contain any facility to change drive letters once they are allocated.
